Jinx is the basic starter champion for Swarm. She deals significant damage and has decent wave clear but lacks utility.
Her unique weapon, Meow Meow, is the most damaging to single targets in the game, shooting a stream of bullets towards the cursor. Before evolving the attack does not pierce enemies and has no area of effect, so it doesn't clear swarms well on its own. Luckily, her E and R make up for this. Fish Bones launches a swarm of exploding rockets on a low cooldown and Super Mega Death Rocket! fires one huge rocket which deals massive damage in a large area, Good for knocking down elites and minibosses or instantly clearing a cluster of enemies in a pinch.
Unlike most other characters, her performance improves when fighting large waves of enemies because of her passive. Get Excited! grants her significant movespeed and ability haste after killing a certain number of enemies. Especially on higher difficulties, Jinx can keep the ability running at all times.

Tips and Tricks for Playing Jinx:
Uwu blaster is a must-have pickup for Jinx because it also evolves with Ability Haste and synergizes well with Meow Meow early on, its firing rate is much faster and can help keep Jinx from getting overwhelmed.
Jinx's passive scales well throughout the game, it procs easily against large swarms of enemies she can shoot into with her abilities.
Jinx does a lot of damage but doesn't have any ability to avoid taking damage or heal. Movespeed, range, and careful planning are your friends. Jinx benefits greatly from supportive teammates like Seraphine and Illaoi.
Jinx scales particularly well with Projectile Count. Pow Pow gains 3 additional projectiles rather than one and Fish Bones fires an additional rocket per.
Jinx has an extremely viable movespeed build, take the augment which converts ability haste to movespeed and the augment which applies movespeed increases to damage. This combination gives her a 325% bonus to damage from Get Excited! alone.
